Construction Details

This facade is precision laser-cut from 1/4" MDF sheets. Due to material sizing and structural layout, the main house panel is constructed in two sections that are permanently bonded together along a center seam.

The seam is reinforced using industrial-grade adhesive to create a strong, stable, single-piece facade once assembled. When properly painted and finished, the seam becomes minimal and blends naturally into the overall design.
